Expired SharkBite 2 Codes
Launch, anniversary, and collab strings that no longer pay Shark Teeth.
Old YouTube thumbnails and copied blogs still push SharkBite 2 codes that died years ago. This archive exists so you can fail once, confirm the string is dead, and go back to earning Teeth in a real round. For strings that still work, use the Codes Hub. For the buttons themselves, use how to redeem.
SharkBite 2 has been live on Roblox since 22 February 2022. Launch codes were never meant to last the whole life of the game. Anniversary codes rotate each year. Collab and toy codes were often region- or product-locked even when they were new.
Launch and early milestone codes
These are safe to ignore:
- RELEASE — original ship celebration.
- SHARKBITE2 — launch marketing string. Some Classic-era lists still mix it with the sequel.
- FREETEETH — early free-currency drop.
- ONEYEAR — first anniversary. It once granted a shark or bundle; it does not now.
- 1BILLION — visit celebration that belonged to the wider SharkBite brand. Do not expect it to credit the sequel shop.
If a creator’s 2023 video overlays these on screen, the footage is a time capsule, not a guide.
Anniversary and likes-target leftovers
- TWOYEARS — two-year boat-builder candle or similar asset. Several 2026 lists still print it as new; many redeem attempts now fail. Try it once from the active hub, then park it here.
- Older likes codes that have been replaced by 100K / 200K / 300K reprints. When Abracadabra raises the next likes target, the previous short code can die without a tweet.
Anniversary rewards were usually cosmetics, not Titanic. If you missed ONEYEAR, you did not miss a 100,000 Teeth boat. You missed a themed shark or builder prop. Event sharks such as Christmas Shark and Bunny Shark are documented on the shark catalog, not resurrected by typing old codes.
Collab, toy, and joke codes
Public trackers have marked these dead or never-universal:
- SimonsSpace — creator collab.
- FROGGYBOAT / DUCKYRAPTOR — themed cosmetics from the wider SharkBite code era.
- SHARKCAGE / RGBSHARK — limited cosmetics.
- Toy pack strings tied to Nerf Super Soaker or DevSeries physical products. Those unlocked Hydro Tank or Marlin GT through a toy code flow, not the Twitter bird. They are not re-enterable as lobby codes today.
If you own the physical toy, follow Roblox’s toy-code site with the code printed in the box. That is a different pipeline from how to redeem.
How to tell a dead code from a typo
Redeem on a fresh lobby with paste, not memory. If the game returns invalid immediately, it is expired or never existed. If it says you already redeemed it, the code was real for your account and will never pay again. If nothing appears, you may be in a chase UI — wait for intermission.
Do not sit in the lobby testing twenty dead strings. That time buys a Standard round and about 100 Teeth if you survive. The how to get Teeth guide is a better use of ten minutes than a graveyard of RELEASE.
Why this page stays long
Searchers type “SharkBite 2 codes RELEASE” every month. Sending them to a 404 helps no one. Listing the corpse with a date context stops the loop and funnels them toward active codes, the updates hub, and the events page where new strings actually appear.
When a code on the hub starts failing for several editors, it moves here. We will not invent replacements. Abracadabra announces the next likes target on the Roblox description and on X. Bookmark those two sources plus this wiki.
If you are here because a script menu flashed a “code farm,” that is unrelated. Community scripts are on the scripts hub and do not restore expired promo strings.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for SharkBite 2 rounds, codes, and shop spends.
Is RELEASE still a SharkBite 2 code?
No. RELEASE and SHARKBITE2 were launch strings. Use the active hub for current milestone codes.
What did ONEYEAR give?
A first-anniversary reward, often remembered as a themed shark or bundle. It no longer redeems.
Why do blogs still list FREETEETH?
They copy old tables. Cross-check the Codes Hub and this archive instead of a 2023 thumbnail.
Can expired codes come back?
Rarely. Abracadabra usually ships a new string for the next likes or year target instead of reviving RELEASE.
