Events are how SharkBite 2 stays loud years after launch. They add a currency, a server button, and a FOMO boat. This page is the pattern so you can play the next one without a panic guide. Pair it with the changelog and the updates hub.
Egg Hunt 2026 (pattern)
The 2026 hunt used a dedicated event server from the main menu. Eggs sat on Lobby and Ocean — the same spaces described on maps. Named lobby eggs included Despacito, Ruby Fabergé, Sand Shark, Shark Eggtack under the builder yacht, and Cataclysmic in the wall cave. Ocean eggs were Jumpy, Shark (clownfish fin), Tank, Diver, and Decoy. A limited UGC Chest Egg had a hard copy cap (public writeups cited 22,222) and a bottom-left Claim UGC button. Full routes live on Egg Hunt 2026 locations. If a later hunt copies this, join the event server first; Standard will not spawn the eggs.
Holiday shops
Christmas gift shops and Easter egg shops sell sleighs, tanks, launchers, and shark costumes. The 2026 Easter row was priced in Shark Teeth on the official studio post: EGGATO / Egg Yacht 17,000, Bunling 320, Eggy Eagle 2,300, four boat paints, and a Bunny Shark restock that died in about a day and a half. SKU detail is on the Easter 2026 shop list. Older windows used event currency instead of Teeth. Those hulls stay in the boat catalog as history. Most are C-tier souvenirs on the boat tier list. A few 140 SPS snowmobiles are secretly usable. Do not spend your last gifts on a 97 SPS duckling unless you like ducks.
Valentine and one-off collabs (Hover-Heart, Nimona) follow the same rule: window, currency, closet.
Likes-target “events”
When the Roblox page chases 100K / 200K / 300K / 400K likes, the “event” is a code in the about text. That is the easiest event in the game. Redeem on how to redeem. Rewards are fins and hull paints, not Wildfire.
How event currency differs from Teeth
Teeth come from every Standard win (~100). Event currency comes from objectives on the event server. The Teeth planner will not convert eggs. If you want a permanent gun, leave the hunt and farm Thompson. If you want the UGC, stay in the hunt.
Play pattern for any new event
- Read the menu button. If it says a special server, join it.
- Walk the lobby map board.
- Do not sell your survive brain — sharks still eat you on event oceans.
- Buy the item that is actually limited. Skip the infinite paint.
- After the window, go back to Standard and the getting started spend order.
What events do not do
They do not reset your shop boats. They do not replace game modes forever. They do not make Titanic good. They do not legalize scripts; event antifreeze can even break scripts harder than a normal patch.
Official announcements land on X and Discord from the links hub. This wiki will not invent an event that is not on those channels or the live menu. If your client shows a button we have not named, press the button.
When the hunt ends, leftover event guns become inventory trivia. Your next Teeth still come from rounds. That is the whole cycle.
If you only have one evening, pick either the limited UGC or a permanent Thompson session — not both half-done. The maps page plus the lobby board will get you the eggs faster than wandering. Then return to Standard before the shark lobby forgets how you steer.
